FRA Triangle Branch 182 attends/participates in placing carnations on Wreaths, in remembrance of those who are now serving on the Staff of the Supreme Commander, during the Annual Navy Memorial Ceremony coordinated by the FRA Central Liaison Committee and in conjunction with the Naval District Washington service at the Navy Memorial in Washington, DC.
